Common questions
How do I log an activity?
Tap the + button on the Home or Activity tab, search for what you want to log, and enter a quantity. If it's not in our catalog yet, Climastep uses AI to estimate its COâe impact and adds it for next time.
How do I change my email or username?
Your username can be changed from Profile â Personal Details in the app. To change the email address tied to your account, email us at the address above.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes your account and all associated data and can't be undone. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
I'm not receiving my sign-in code
Check your spam folder first â codes are sent from our verification service and can occasionally land there. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email us with the address you're trying to sign in with.
